Painful Progress??

I am in a whole lot of pain tonight. I guess I am quite overdue since I have just had a string of 2 or perhaps 3, pretty great days overall. In some ways that makes it easier to get through the rough patches. It helps to know this new regimen must be working since it's been a few days since the last time I felt this badly. Praise the Lord!! This is actually really great! Wow.... *exhale*

I HEART RESIDENTS!!!

WOW, WOW!!

So, I just had a dr appointment today, and can I say again that I LOOOOOVE medical students/residents??! They tend to be so incredibly eager and I love that! Of course, we didn't get to the bottom of what is going on in this lovely body of mine, but she actually asked some critical questions and believe it or not, seemed interested (imagine that!) in what the issue is and why I am barely functioning with all of this pain! It was just encouraging to actually see a provider that is excited about her job and rather than being completely intimidated about my condition, she was interested in helping. She didn't assume I was looking for pills- she knows I want answers and I want more than anything, to experience and FULL LIFE!! :) So, anyway, that's my good news of the day. :)

Day 10

Well, today is day 10 of unrelenting severe pain. I cannot even find the words to describe the pain I am in. It's crazy that one can live through it. Seriously, I am not even being my dramatic self, I am truly in agony.

However, God knows, and He knows I cannot miss work. So, here I am at work and it is crazy slow!! Wild, right??! Of all weeks that I need to just be here no matter the pain, He gave me chill days where I am not too overwhelmed and I can be here getting my hours in and not over work myself. Don't get me wrong, I would prefer to be in the comfort of home, laying down and all, but if I have to be here at least it's slow. Uggh. Well, the world continues to spin, and life goes on...

 This past week I am just in awe of how blessed I am with the support around me. My family is has been nothing short of AMAZING!! When I had an ER trip this weekend, my mom came along, and brought me back to their house afterwards, where my family loved on me and cared for me to help me through the weekend. They are so supportive. And I love my friends more than they know. Gosh, I might be in pain but I am sure loved and that's what matters!!

Well, I can check the bone inflammation OFF the list! I was pretty sure that was going to be the outcome and I am glad I was right. I am really glad to be able to rule something out... I just hope something is ruled in soon! :)
